Jennifer is the Founder of Be Talented and brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across diverse industries. She is an Organizational Psychologist with a strong background in organizational development, talent strategy, and people operations.
Her work focuses on aligning business objectives with effective people strategies, supporting organizations through growth, transformation, and operational change. She is known for her strategic mindset, hands-on approach, and ability to build trusted partnerships with leadership teams.
Raquel Hernandez
HR Operations Manager
Raquel oversees operational functions at Be Talented and ensures efficiency, structure, and consistent execution across client engagements. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and has a strong background in operational coordination, internal processes, and supporting effective service delivery.
Her work focuses on maintaining organized operations that support client engagements and internal teams. She is known for her attention to detail, structured approach, and ability to keep operations responsive, efficient, and aligned with client expectations.
